AMY CARPENTER SCOTT, PRODUCER Amy produced the independent feature PITSTOP, directed by award winning filmmaker Dennis Lanson (“THE PHANS OF NEW JERSEY”) and executive produced the award winning short film FOUR-SIDED. She started her own production company, Creatrix-Films, to produce thought provoking content. Film projects in development at Creatrix include A FOUR-SIDED BED, produced with David Ball (YELLOW, 96 MINUTES) the story of an impassioned affair reignited based on the acclaimed novel by Elizabeth Searle, and THE MURDER OF PROFESSOR CULIANU, produced with John Crye (THE PRESTIGE, DONNIE DARKO, WHALE RIDER and MEMENTO), and Julia Jones (DISCRETION ASSURED), a true-life political thriller of the unsolved murder of Ioan Culianu, the first political assassination of a professor on American soil. Amy attended Denison University with a minor in Film, was a member of the Producers Guild of America East and studied Film Producing at NYU.
